'The hotel could have been cleaner and the toilet needed to get fixed. When we asked for this to be fixed, it was fixed quickly. If the room had been checked prior to anyone staying in it, some of these things could have been avoided. They were very good anytime we needed any help with trying to get the T.V. to work.
