Thank you for sharing your experience with us, unfortunately we do not have control regarding the outside noises. We seldom have guests who run into this issue. It was the Family Day weekend, we were sold out of rooms as explained to you which is why we were not able to move the three rooms you asked to be moved. Our rates reflect the Family Day weekend as well as we try to stay in competition with the other accommodations in the area but we are still considered one of the best rates in the area for what we offer. Again, I apologize for the inconvinience you encountered during your stay.
