'We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway with the entire family! Although the house had TVs in every room, we never needed them—there was just too much to enjoy outside. Between the sparkling pool and the gorgeous dock, there was always something to do: fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. The home was spotless and decorated with a charming beach theme that made it feel cozy and welcoming. Our host was excellent—quick to respond and so helpful with any questions....

'Another great stay at this clean and cool cabin in the middle of so much wildlife! Deer and turkeys frequented the backyard and no shortage of birds, hogs, alligator, fox, and armadillo in and around the refuge. Loved it!'

'Our family had the most unforgettable 11-day stay at Miss Lou’s Cottage in Shellman Bluff, GA. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking sunrise views over the marsh. The peaceful setting, with the sounds of local wildlife waking up in the morning, made it feel like we were in our own private paradise.The property itself is everything we could have hoped for – 7 acres of pure privacy with a beautiful dock right on the water. 'This was our third time starting at this house. We love it, just like before. Fishing all day, playing games at night (tons available at the house) or watching funny videos on YouTube in the cozy living room. I drew the blinds up in the living room, bedrooms and the kitchen, because all have the beautiful marsh and the river out back. Love the kitchen at this house too. Loaded up on blue crabs, Bait shops just minutes away. Perfect vacation!'

'We enjoyed our stay. They provided a dog tie out so I could have her eat outside. We appreciated that they repaired the internet quickly after a storm. Comfortable bed. Nicely outfitted kitchen, but did miss a dishwasher. '

'Myself, girlfriend, and two friends stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The house and property were clean and well stocked, the pool & hot tub were perfect, and the property was quiet and relaxing. Caleb was extremely responsive to messages and the property was a great mix of seclusion and access to Savannah and Brunswick. We look forward to booking the property in the future. '

Every light switching was labeled amazing. We are senior travelers inside this house large hallway. No tight corners to get around. Roomy. I wish I could give you 10 stars. One of the nicest places we have stayed.'

'Simply amazing! Amazing property, amazing hosts, amazing attention to details! Probably one of the most well appointed and well stocked vacation homes I’ve had the pleasure of renting. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the place! We fished, sunned, swam, grilled, and soaked up the low country life and hope to come back again. 'First I would like to say that I too am a VRBO host so I’m a bit particular when staying at another hosts property. We were traveling from NH to Fl and were able to celebrate Christmas and a birthday party with our granddaughter and her large family. The house was perfect and had ample room for all of us.
