'Hotel heeft uitstekende lokatie. Kamer was goed en netjes, ook de badkamer. Helaas was er geen ontbijt meer na 9:00u ‘s ochtends terwijl dat inbegrepen was in de prijs en het ontbijt tot 10:00u zou zijn. Compensatie was mager. Beter verwacht van Hyatt. Daardoor met het gezin elders moeten gaan ontbijten ad 50 dollar extra kosten.'

'Everything needed at apartment, cups, plates, washer dryer etc. Check in was easy but communication a little difficult when there were issues as you can only communicate through the app when there's not someone at the front desk. The app sent someone to fix my TV at 1am! Could have been cleaner but staff were really nice when I did find them.'

'We stayed here for one night to see at concert and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean and felt cozy. We had great service at the front desk and had an easy time checking in and out. Our only issue was the parking situation. We opted out of the valet parking and chose to use the free parking lot across the street. Unfortunately we were scammed by a fake attendant and received a parking ticket. '

'Nice hotel with excellent staff. A few things lacking include the bath towels which could serve as sand paper or for exfoliation, and the gym which needs to be serviced since the equipment is well worn and squeaky. The staff in the restaurant, valet and at the desk are so friendly and helpful so here’s their shout out. '

'positief: goede kamers, prima bedden, prima douche. Ontbijt is zeer goed met ruim assortiment. Medewerkers vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Shuttle service is super! Wijk is veilig en rustig. negatief: extra betalen voor parkeren. Optie gratis parkeren: op 50 meter afstand kun je aan de weg je auto gratis neerzetten. Dit hebben wij gedaan, de wijk is veilig. Hotel is een aanrader!!'

'Very nice condo with responsive concierge in a great location. David was very helpful and communicative. I would recommend only coming and going during daylight hours though, as the crowds outside at night can be interesting characters. Neighbors can be noisy if you’re listening or have all the doors in the place open. I enjoyed it here overall and would recommend it to others. '

'The Twelve Midtown is located near the Atlantic Station Shops. The entire staff who we encountered were excellent. A BIG Shout Out to technicians Von and Brian who assisted with repairing my television. I did have concerns with the cleaning of the room. Floor was not swept/vacuumed during my entire stay. '
