What exactly is "No Chore Checkout"?

It means your vacation doesn't end with a to-do list. We don’t ask you to strip the beds, start the laundry, or take out the trash. Just lock up and drive safe.



How do the shared spaces work?

The two upper-level decks are completely private for your exclusive use. The large backyard with the fire pit and grill is shared with the guests in the lower-level unit.



Does the home have air conditioning?

To ensure you stay cool during the warmer months, we provide portable AC units in the living room and in each of the bedrooms.



Where do I park and how do I get inside?

Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. This unit is on the top floor and is accessed via exterior front stairs.



Guest Access:

Please enter through the front stairs and enjoy the cozy, inviting layout. You also have full access to the large backyard, which is shared with the guests in the lower level unit. Please note that the lower unit interior and driveway parking are not included in this stay.
