YOUR SPACE:

Bedrooms:
Relax on a new queen-sized mattress with plenty of closet space, suitcase racks, bedside tables, and drawers. Both rooms include smart TVs.

Cooling Off:
There are two portable AC units. One is set up and located in living area near the front window. A second unit is stored in the front bedroom closet with all accessories & easy setup.

Both rooms are also equipped with Air Coolers & built-in oscillating fans.

Living Space:
Open floor plan with a cozy sofa, smart TV, surround sound, dining table, bar, and a fully stocked kitchen—ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.

OUTDOOR PERKS:
The patio features comfortable seating and a private hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

PET-FRIENDLY PERKS:
A medium-sized freedom door lets your pup roam freely between the fully fenced, private yard and the house. Plus, we provide a boujee doggy crate so your furry friend can relax in style!

Conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions:

Dining: A variety of restaurants, cafes, and local eateries within a 5-10 minute drive.

Groceries: Safeway, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and King Soopers are all nearby.

This retreat has everything you need for a memorable Colorado Springs getaway, complete with comfort, convenience, and luxury for you and your four-legged family members!

Upon booking, you must acknowledge that you have read all house rules and are in agreement with all house rules.

1. Guest must be 30 years or older to book. Picture IDs to verify identity may be required after booking and prior to check-in. This can be submitted via the messaging portal in the platform. Failing to complete this will result reservation cancellation in accordance with cancellation policy.

2. Please send a note to the host with booking and let us know the purpose of your stay, number of people who will be staying, number of pets and estimated arrival time.

3. Must have complete profile with clear profile picture

4. Must have previous reviews from other hosts with no negative feedback. If you do not have previous reviews, please contact host prior to booking.

5. LOCALS must communicate before booking (Host will make some exceptions to local bookings but local guests not permitted without prior approval).

6. No Parties (no exceptions)

7. Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests: Exceeding maximum occupancy is a direct policy violation and will be handled by the booking platform.

8. No unauthorized guests. This means only guests who are registered via VRBO's reservation system are permitted. Additional guest may be permitted on a case by case basis with prior host approval.

9. Additional unregistered overnight guests without host approval will be subject to a $55 fee per person per night.

10. No smoking inside the house at anytime. This includes vaping and other recreational devices. Smoking/420 is authorized outside on patio. $250 smoking fee will be assessed per day for smoking inside the house.
