Short get away
Stayed in the same place last year and really enjoyed it. We decided to take a quick trip out to go hiking and enjoy the area so much we decided to stay at the same place. Great location and very quiet place.

This was perfect for our stay. Clean, convenient, quiet, safe and very well appointed- supplies of soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. were plentiful- much more so than many places we've stayed! Thank You for paying attention to detail and guests' needs!

The cabin is very nice, very clean and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, fluffy towels, good quality toiletries. The only thing missing for me was a tea kettle, but water in a saucepan worked just fine. I look forward to returning and will recommend to family and friends.

Misinformed people watching property!
On the second day of my stay I got an email from the property management company saying that someone had Reported me smoking in the property. I always follow all the rules for every place I rent and none of them allow smoking and I am very mindful not to smoke inside these properties I smoke outside and take all my butts and place them in the trash. I called the number on the email and the gentleman was very polite and assured me that would be no charges for this and appreciated the call from me. Other than that the property is nice clean comfortable beds comfortable pillows.

Exactly what we needed
Family of 4, two adults, two kids under 12. My husband ran the Colorado Springs Marathon, and we wanted to see some sights so we only needed it to sleep and some light meals. The beds were extremely comfortable, It was perfect, clean, cute, quiet.

Great place for a short stay
Blown away by how clean it was. Cleaning people helped me get in. There is no lock box like it says. Do not lock door lock because you will be locked out. House manager is slow to respond on things. I would not rely on them helping. Kitchen well stocked and appliances are great! Window air conditioner is a stellar touch to stay cool in Colorado sun. A charcoal grill (small) and a gas grill with two tanks were super useful. But no grill utensils there so bring your own or burn the hair of your fingers. Lol. The offices you are connected to can be heard during day but not to loud. Just some bumps. Lots of deer right by you back door. They slept there. Very cute neighborhood. Very clean place for a small group. TV in kitchen and bedroom area. I will go back to this place. It is great once you know how to enter and such. Cute dishes and silver. Bowls for storage. Fry pans.. eh. They stick. Little bads things. Lol. A lot more good things here. I loved it.

Amazing
The view out the front door is Pike's Peak. This is a well-equipped venue for a small space and was perfect for myself, my daughter, and her friend. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was there. I will definitely be booking this venue again!!

We stayed here almost a year ago and somehow my review was not saved! Even a year later, I’d like to leave a review for how wonderful our stay was. Clean, well supplied and awesome location. Walking distance to a great park & restaurants. Tons of wildlife right outside the door. Everyone in our family loved this spot! Thanks to the host for having us!

Very clean and private place to stay.
We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and walking distance to the stores and park. Never had to drive more than 10 minutes to hiking trails which there are many around. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Heaven in Woodland Park
The sheets are the softest thing I have ever slept in. The cabin was adorable. It’s perfectly located to get to all kinds of little places in town and when you leave, you have a view of Pikes Peak with snow. There are deer throughout the neighborhood.

We had a great time in Woodland Park! We stayed for 4 nights with two adults, an 8 year old, and a 3 year old. The property is connected to other offices, but that never seemed to be a problem. Everything is nicely updated! It is not huge, but it’s like having a hotel room with an addition of a kitchen and dining table. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to fold them up to have more space during the day. Having the washer/dryer was very helpful, since I didn’t pack quite enough for the colder weather. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, etc. This was very convenient! There are two tvs and even with both on, it wasn’t a problem. The views from right out the front door are incredible! It’s also a short drive to great hiking trails. Only “negatives” would be that the water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower, but not terrible. A full length mirror would be nice, but not essential. Overall it was an excellent stay!!

We ran away for a date weekend. While this is a small property, it was ok for the two of us. Kitchen has everything you may need. Bathroom is very nice. Bed was comfortable. This studio is within walking distance of downtown and really anything you may need. Short drive to Pikes Peak and other attractions.

This is a great home-away-from-home spot! Everything was so clean and well furnished, I didn’t even need to contact the property manager. It is a great location, within walking distance to everything. I will stay there again when I visit, and highly recommend it to others.

Very clean, front deck faces mountains
We had a very nice 3 night stay. The cleanest place my wife and I have stayed. Full, albeit compact, kitchen area. Nice bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Like how the beds pull out from the wall to use one or both as needed. Good communication with Thom, the owner. Couple of issues we faced: The building also houses office space on the other side of the wall with a locked door between. We woke up before 6 a.m. a couple of mornings to office workers on the other side of the wall going and coming. Also would be nice if some chain or other locks could be added to the room on both doors just for extra peace of mind that no one can enter when we are in the room. Thanks! Would recommended.

Small town feel, close to entertainment
This place was perfect for our long family holiday weekend vacation. Woodland Park has the small hometown feel, but close to so much that you can do in Colorado Springs. It was a short Walk to food and entertainment. The studio has just enough room to enjoy yourself and not feel crowded, cook or grill if you want, but you don’t have to.

Awesome setup & convenient
We really needed something with laundry, kitchen, & enough room for our family. Everything was next to new in the space. The Murphy beds were surprisingly comfortable. Centrally located for all of your pikes peak trips which allowed us to explore easily w/o dedicating a whole day to one place. We cooked meals & did our laundry with ease. Park within 2 blocks for kids to play. If you like to go running there are some great views to explore. Nitpicking could have used a vacuum, pizza cutter, & tongs. The AC unit is a little loud & ran constantly no matter the temp. We just turned it off at night. A little odd to be on the backside of a bunch of businesses but never noticed during our time. Overall awesome stay & would highly recommend! Thank you!

Cozy studio with a Perfect Location
This stay was our small family’s first vacation in four years. We had an amazing time! Check-in was easy. The studio was clean and cozy. We took advantage of the kitchen. You absolutely cannot beat the location. Our children loved the short walk to the park, The Donut Mill, and frozen yogurt. We also enjoyed visits from a few deer. We already have plans to return.

I felt comfortable here as soon as I settled in. Perfect for one or two people and has everything you would need. Very clean and well arranged. It is a very short walk to downtown Woodland Park and a great spot central to all the activities available in the Pikes Peak area. The host was very accommodating and check-in/out very easy.

Great base camp for exploring the high country
This location is in very close proximity to downtown. Each morning I took a stroll around to the park and the main street (HWY 24). However, we were too busy exploring parts beyond to really enjoy Woodland Park. At this altitude, we enjoyed cooler temperatures from the Springs. The unit is small, but suited all of our needs. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to use mid-trip. I didn't have any communication with the owner, but did email them once to notify them we were checking in very late. Although the info stated the key would be in a lock box, other arrangements were made for check in. It worked out perfectly. Just so you know, this unit is on the back side of an office, so there is a locked door between the unit and the office. I would return to this studio apartment and recommend this place to you!
