PITTORESKE BLUFF SIDE Appartement in de woning

Parkachtige omgeving, weggestopt in een afgelegen bluf-side cul de sac, deze mooie rustige hoogste niveau appartement in een huis is niet te missen. Prachtig uitzicht op Pikes Peak, dicht bij alle voorzieningen, centraal gelegen.
Downtown - 10 minuten, Airport - 15 minuten, Air Force Academy - 12 minuten.
Je zou nooit weten dat u verblijft in het hart van de stad, omdat het voelt alsof het land wonen in deze buurt. De home-stay suite, gelegen tegen de met bomen omzoomde steile rotswanden, geeft een gevoel van privacy en vredig stil, zelfs met onze familie van herten die vaak op bezoek komen.
Ontspan in deze gezellige en stijlvolle omgeving, inclusief familiekamer, kitchenette / natte bar. De master bedroom heeft een queen bed, en de 2e slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoons bed. Geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Een ruime badkamer zorgt voor meer dan één persoon te worden gebruikt.
Een eigen ingang en off-road parkeren in de circulaire oprit. Inclusief Wifi, kabel-tv, wasmachine / droger en een eigen ingang.
Kitchenette heeft alles wat nodig is om te koken - magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, potten en pannen, keukengerei, borden, elektrische koekenpan en meer.
Wasmachine / droger te gebruiken voor extra vergoeding.

This apartment oasis was absolutely perfect for our long weekend girls trip! It was quiet, clean, and cozy. The beautiful view from the couch was the perfect place for us to curl up with a book in the early morning and/or evening after a day of sight-reading. The host was thoughtful and kind, always responding to messages and leaving a whole page of restaurant/breakfast/coffee shop location ideas! We didn't cook any meals (just warmed up some leftovers one evening), but Linda had the kitchenette stocked with everything we would have needed to cook a meal if we had wanted to! Definitely recommend this lovely apartment!

The host was wonderful and accommodating and was easily able to contact. She provided a list of things to do and places to eat as well in case you weren’t sure or didn’t know where to start. The driveway was a bit difficult for large or low vehicles as it was steep and tight. The beds were hard so if you like your mattresses soft, then maybe bring a topper or extra blankets. She provided towels in the bathroom, extra blankets and plenty of closet and drawer space in both rooms. There was no stove in the kitchenette, but there was a plug in one in a cabinet. It was centrally located so it didn’t feel like we had to drive too far to get anywhere, which was nice. I would stay here again!

Great location! The owner Linda was very friendly. She had everything you could need there, plus more. Upon arrival she had a cute gift basket there waiting. Which was a nice surprise after traveling all day. The house was nicely decorated for the holiday. Close to the garden of gods.. beautiful scenery right out the window.. Awesome Experience!

Staying at this property was a unique & unforgettable experience! We were fortunate to meet our delightful hostess upon arrival! She was by far the most responsive hostess who ensured we had everything we needed. The house was cozy, well setup, clean and stocked with all the items you need in kitchen, bathroom & laundry. There were welcome goodies & laminated instruction cards for everything. Check-in was very easy. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a neighborhood up on a bluff. The very large window in the living room has an awesome view of the front range including Pikes Peak. Seeing the sky light up with color for sunrise and sunsets was such a delight! The location was perfect! It is convenient to amenities and shopping however you feel as if you are away from everything. The home is surrounded by beautiful trees & deer roamed the neighborhood in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again! We look forward to it!

Linda has a beautiful home. She is lovely, the house is clean and close to everything. No stove, but there are cooking devices available. She left some snacks and water which was a nice surprise.

The little things:

The owner thought of everything: Soup, Condiments, Treats, Coffee supplies, & everything else that nickel and dimes you to death.
