Schilderachtige binnenstad 1920 bungalow in de historische wijk Old North End

Geniet van onze onlangs gerenoveerde woning, lichte en zonnige kamers in, en een leuke familie kamer in de kelder, met gaming systeem en bean bag meubilair. Elke kamer is zorgvuldig ingericht met een combinatie van antiek en comfortabel nieuw meubilair. De keuken is goed uitgerust met nieuwe roestvrij apparaten en prachtige granieten aanrecht. Alles wat je zou willen, zelfs voor de meest gastronomische kok. Het bad heeft een schitterende nieuwe vloer tot plafond betegelde douche met een prachtig, vrijstaand glazen behuizing. Slaap de hele nacht op nieuwe Tempur-Pedic-matras, een variëteit aan verse kussens om uit te kiezen en nieuwe, frisse lakens. Ook kunt u genieten gloednieuw, digitaal, afstandsbediening airconditioning in elke kamer om je af te koelen als de dagen heet. U kunt genieten van de deur uit swingen op de front porch swing, zittend op het terras achter in het cafe tafel met een krant en koffie, rond het kampvuur rusten met zitplaatsen voor 8 of ontspannen in de hot tub met zitplaatsen voor 6. Mijn favoriete kamer is de kelder, met een grote uitgang raam te laten in veel licht. Of wacht tot 's nachts en zet de kerstverlichting, ontspannen in de bean bag meubilair en beste elkaar op de gitaren met Beatles Rock Band. Het is een heerlijke, ontspannende, magische ruimte voor alle leeftijden. Het is een one of a kind, spectaculaire eigendom. Mis het niet!

We zouden graag van en naar station te hosten in het hart van Colorado Springs. Dit mooie, zonnige huisje gebouwd in 1920, is gelegen in de historische wijk net ten noorden van Colorado College en de binnenstad. Spring op de fiets en rijden de vele paden in de buurt, of gebruik de cruisers die worden geleverd en de rit naar het centrum van goede restaurants, locaties en nemen in het prachtige Pikes Peak. The Old North End is een prachtige wandel-wijk met grote trottoirs, fietsen en een prachtige gemeenschap voelen. Het staat centraal in alles wat je ooit zou willen zien in Colorado Springs: The USAFA, The Cheyenne Mtn. Zoo, Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Downtown, wandelen, het verkennen en gewoon relaxen.

Charming Bungalow

We had a great stay! A charming place to relax at the end of the day - beautifully decorated - and we really enjoyed the hot tub. A quiet location, but only a few minutes drive to get groceries or go out to eat.

Bungalow at its best!

Communication with Caren was amazing. She checked in every few days to be sure we had everything we needed. Perfectly situated in the old North end of downtown Colorado Springs, this lovely home was close to Shooks run trail and the beautiful Monument creek trail. We walked each morning by the beautiful historic homes that surround this quaint home! This house has everything needed for the perfect getaway!

Bad Windows No Cable

The home was okay but very loud . The windows were old single pane and the loud road noise and neighbors sounded like they were in our bedroom. The host cancelled the cable because it was too expensive so we caught up on 30 year old TV . The hot tub was not clean so we did not use it . The floors were so squeaky getting up in the middle of the night was a cry to everyone to wake up . The previous renters laundry was not complete so the host wanted to finish the laundry after we had just drove hundreds of miles and were exhausted , so we took care of the task. The home needs attention to justify the rent

Great House, Convenient Location!

We stayed here with poem family members for our son's graduation from CC. We very much enjoyed out stay in this quaint, well designed and well appointed cottage! Location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to amenities like grocery and a fantastic liquor store, as well as CC and downtown. Recommend!

Weekend Getaway

This property was a perfect place to stay for an extended weekend. Within a 15 min drive of everything we wanted to do. We were able to bring our dog, she enjoyed being able to run in the backyard and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The house was cozy and so clean. We loved the character of all the furniture.

Quaint, convenient cottage

We had a great time at this cottage - very comfortable and convenient to everything in CS. Loved the secure parking and space for our dog - and so nicely manicured too! Lack of central AC meant we slept with windows open. the 2 window units did help too, and we were very comfortable. Also a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect location

The location of this home is perfect for exploring the area. This home is cute and well equipped. The only downside was that the bed was too soft for our liking, and the bed that seemed a bit firmer didn’t have air conditioning (and it was HOT during our stay), but after the first night we were able to sleep well. We would stay here again if we came back to Colorado Springs!

we had a very nice stay in colorado springs in the vrbo we rented. the property manager had everything needed for our comfort -- good beds, well-supplied kitchen if we would have wanted to cook, comfortable living room to relax in, washer and dryer. great neighborhood, as most of the residents took pride in their yards.

A great place for a relaxing getaway

This house had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked and we loved cooking meals together and unplugging. Although the tvs worked well and internet connection was great, we found many other screen free things to do also! Only issue is the BRIGHT light at the neighbors house that stays on all of the time and is blinding while using the hot tub.

Cozy Home

Great Christmas at the Webster Bungalow

Just as quaint as before!

We previously stayed at this property during Covid and absolutely loved it. We decided to come back this year for thanksgiving and it was just as great as it was before. The property was extremely clean and organized, the sheets comfy, plenty of extra blankets and pillows! We still love the location and the park area right next door was perfect for us to bump the volleyball with our dogs and kids in the afternoon. Will definitely continue to come back.
