'Cortez is a small town and this Airbnb is a comfortable stay for exploring the Four Corners area including Mesa Verde NP. Our family stayed a few days, was able to cook, and had a great time at the park and in Durango. The neighborhood was fine, just with a loud dog next door but never bothered us while in the house. 'Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. "Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is redelijk bevallen. 6 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst geweest (toen prima) en nu dus weer, maar de staat van de locatie is wel ERG achteruit gegaan in die 6 jaren. De kamers zijn mooi groot, maar de kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt. De chips en m&m's van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de kamer. Pluspunt: de bedden zijn wel erg fijn. Ontbijt was ok, niet bijzonder. Het onderhoud van het pand is wel slecht, vooral het zwembad en de algemene ruimtes en lift zijn toe aan onderhoud. De locatie is prima, aan de snelweg, maar ook redelijk dicht bij de mall van Grand Junction. Er is een groot buiten zwembad met een hottub, maar de staat daarvan is erg slecht. Wij zouden een volgende keer niet terugkomen en uitkijken naar iets beters!"
