'Every time I visit Laval I stay in this hotel. It is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. Also great breakfast is provided.'

'Booked , was not able to stay due to no dogs . Said on Expedia said dog friendly ! Didn’t check in and they still charged me for the night , had option pay now or pay when checked in . I requested pay when checking in . Lady at front desk said I wouldn’t be charged . Stayed at another hotel , checked my card 1/2 hour later and she charged my card !!!'

'The AC is working, but it doesn't cool very much. The space is small. The breakfast is ok, but not a lot of good, healthy, nutritious food. We can hear the plane at night. The kitchenware is of good quality, and we have everything for cooking. We got a room for disabled people even though we don’t need it. We did not appreciate having the shower and toilet “connected”. The toilet floor is wet, so we have to dry it before night or put a towel down so we won’t slip if we go to the bathroom at...

'Personnel très aimable et serviable. Hôtel nickel car flambant neuf (ouvert il y a 3 mois) Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation qui n’est pas extraordinaire et qui devrait être revue car l’hôtel se trouve entre l’aéroport et l’autoroute. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être également un peu plus varié '
