'My youngest daughter came home from her first year of college in Boston. We had a wonderful girls weekend in this beautiful little cottage. Bedding was cozy and everything was very clean. Lots of shopping in downtown Franklin. I will definitely be back!'

'My husband and I stayed at Magnolia Cottage for a weekend celebration for birthdays and anniversary. The property was within site of the road and a nearby neighborhood but otherwise was nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find the yard was fully fenced in and we could allow our dog to roam freely. The host Jasmine did a nice job of offering little treats to welcome us from an essential oil diffuser with floral oils, flyers for local activities of interest, dog bowls and mat, supplies to use...

'The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very nice and clean/ comfortable. It’s a good location to the shops and restaurants. The next door house is unkept and they do have many dogs which barked on and off in the night. If you have a fan or sound machine you could probably mask it. Sarah was responsive to my questions.'

'Everything about the Cottage is Quaint, decor is perfectly appointed. It’s is very close to town. Hosts are amazing and very accommodating , they respond within a few minutes if need be! The only shortcoming is there is not a comfy chair to sit in. Other than that 5 Star! I highly recommend .'

'The Little Buckle was a perfect place for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. While the historic home is small, it is designed so well with all of the necessities--and much more. The heater even blended in so well with the farmhouse design that it took us a minute to find it. The porch is perfect for hanging out on the swing or in the hot tub. And it's just a short walk to the coffee shop, cafe, ice cream parlor, and shops of Bell Buckle!'

Set on a hill out in the country with lots of acreage; nice to wake up to the birds singing. Wonderful screened-in porch off of the bedroom, great for a morning coffee! Besides being as cute as it could be inside, it also has a very nice, completely fenced-in, private backyard with a covered sitting and grille area right outside the back door.
