Welkom bij onze nieuwste van de drie luxe-eigendommen! Als je nerveus bent over het gebrek aan beoordelingen, bekijk VRBO # 1435002 en 869552 om een idee te krijgen van hoe we ons organiseren. We houden ervan onze gasten te helpen geweldige watergerichte vakanties te hebben!

Na jaren op Lake Murray te hebben doorgebracht, hebben we eindelijk ons droom Lake Home gevonden en delen we het nu met anderen. Dit resort-achtige aangepaste huis op de meest premium locatie aan het meer biedt de perfecte ontsnapping voor plezier en ontspanning! Het onmogelijk te vinden locatie heeft zowel open water en zwemmen Cove water, een prachtig uitzicht op de Dam, Custom Cabana met gigantische bed schommel, zwembad, Dock en alles op een prachtig aangelegde veel. Enorme veranda's bieden een prachtig uitzicht en open ruimtes om te genieten van het buitenleven, terwijl de luxe traagschuimmatrassen van alle vier de unieke suites wachten om u te helpen dromen over de avonturen in het meer.

Deze op maat gemaakte accommodatie met 4 slaapkamers en split-level is een Lake Murray-droom die uitkomt, met weidse uitzichten en een perfect onderhouden tuin en oase met zwembad. De hoofdslaapkamer, de hoofdkeuken en de woon- en eetkamer zijn boven en hebben meerdere openslaande deuren die toegang bieden tot een veranda met aanplantingsstijl op boomhoogte. De benedenverdieping heeft drie kamers en een aparte woonkamer en een kitchenette die supercomfortabel en kindvriendelijk zijn.

De master suite is een kingsize bed met mooie inloopdouche en jacuzzi, met glazen schuifdeuren naar de grote veranda in de bovenste veranda voor een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en de wind.

Het lagere niveau beschikt over drie slaapkamers, waarvan twee met een eigen complete badkamer en een aparte woonkamer, met een kleine kitchenette voor het gemak in een ruime wasruimte. Deze verdieping heeft ook een grote veranda met schommel, grill en schommelstoelen.

De tuin lokt je naar het zwembad en het meer op een prachtig stenen pad over een schaduwrijke speelplaats. In de zomer verandert het zwembad nooit in een badkuip, want er is perfecte schaduw tot halverwege de ochtend en dan weer halverwege de middag, zodat u de hele dag kunt zwemmen en spelen zonder te braden. De cabana is een bestemming van zichzelf en het centrum van activiteit in het warme seizoen. Je zult moeite hebben om een dutje te doen in de gigantische op maat gemaakte veranda schommel, en zelfs de heetste dagen bieden de hele dag een schaduwrijk briesje in de hemel!

Annual Lake Vacation with Family

This year we picked Lake Murray as our destination and could not be happier with the location of the property, the amenities, and the communication with our host Tim. The home had plenty of room for our family of 8. As we played cards or games every day, having the large dining table and comfortable seating was awesome. The pool and cabana area was very relaxing, with great cove and lake views. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation! He promptly responded to any questions and gave great suggestions of where to go/what to do in the area. Our group had a fabulous week here!

We had the best time staying at this property. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from the University of South Carolina. It’s perfect for extended families. We all had our own space.Very clean home and so well stocked. The outside is amazing. With the pool and cabana area. Also the dock area by the lake. Definitely rent the boat….the lake is beautiful and fun to explore and the sunsets were amazing. Tim is definitely the nicest person to work with. Lakeside

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for a football weekend with friends & family. The outdoor space is the highlight with a lakeside lounging cabana and pool. We used the paddleboards and they even have a pontoon you can rent if desired. There is a small chicken coop with a rooster and his 2 chicks and this was entertaining to us and we even had fresh eggs. The property manager was extremely kind and very easy to communicate with. We hope to return for another weekend at this lovely home.

Summer fun for whole family

This was a great place to spend a week on Lake Murray. The house was fantastic. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the pool and cabana inviting, and time on the lake made for lifetime memories. The host, Tim, was exceptional. This beautiful lakefront home was everything we hoped for, and more. It was perfect for 4 adults and a few guests throughout the week. Fantastic family get away!

Our experience at this property on Lake Murray was outstanding! The home has spectacular views and just the perfect space for our family as we traveled to the area to celebrate our son’s graduation from USC. From the minute we expressed an interest in renting this home, Tim was so helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were set for our week! We highly recommend adding the pontoon boat! Everything we hoped for

We were attending a wedding near the property and didn’t want to stay at a hotel, so booked this property. Throughout the weekend we continued to be so thankful we chose this home instead of a hotel. It is exactly as described, very welcoming, clean, comfortable. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. We had my husband and I, another couple, and our 3 grown children and our son’s girlfriend. Everyone had their own rooms and more than enough space. We spent most of our time in the pool area, the swing was my husbands favorite place to relax. It is just so peaceful. We enjoyed paddle boarding, the float, the pool…and I would be remiss without mentioning how cool the chickens are! The host was very helpful and immediately responded to questions. Everything we needed was there - kitchen tools, towels, etc. Just cannot say enough about what a wonderful place this is!

Special Weekend

Our daughter was getting married in Irmo, SC. Our group of friends who we have known for over 30+ years were all coming in for the wedding. It is also the year all of our husbands turned 65. I found the house on VRBO. It was absolutely perfect for us! The pool, lake, boat, chickens 😁 you never had to leave the property. It was a beautiful wedding and we surprised our husbands with an impromptu Private Chef cooked dinner to celebrate their birthdays. The weather was amazing, the house was amazing and being with family and our dear friends for a special weekend was priceless. Thank you, Tim for providing this wonderful stay. You are a great host!

Highly recommend

Could go on forever but I’ll try to be brief. Could not have been more pleased with the house. We actually never left the property, except to go out on the lake everyday, of course! The pool and patio was everything it looked to be in the picture. Owner was great with communication. Loved it so much we’ve decided to pursue a lake house ourselves. In hindsight, made this a damn expensive vacation! Hah! But this house was worth it.

Unbelievable

This place was absolutely incredible! I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and own 7 myself and this was my favorite. The house was as clean and well stocked/furnished as my own home. And the view itself is worth every penny. The photos don't do it justice. There's an incredible sunroom that overlooks the yard, pool and lake. I'd wake up every morning and watch boats go by. We definitely plan on coming back. Please do yourself a favor and visit this million dollar view property.

Amazing Getaway,

My family stayed at the house for 4 days. Wish it was more. We had a terrific time. The house is fantastic, the view of the lake and the pool along with the boat is exactly as pictured. Great family vacation

Tim made it so easy for us to enjoy his lovely home. He left no stone unturned to make sure we had every thing we needed for a great family get together. Property is close to everything but still secluded. The pool is fantastic as is the nearby cabana.
