'I’m not sure how to say this, but the exterior of Inn West does not exactly “jibe” with the interior of your place, so we had a hard time finding it … (ie- initially Figuring out it was in the condo complex, because it looks a bit worn down… & yes - you did STATE that it’s in the complex… so dumb us)… Maybe no one else has experienced this, but we drove around a good bit looking… Once in - great & no issue!'

'Arrived after midnight. The bedsheets in the master bedroom were very stained. I had to sleep on top of the duvet. I sent a video to the host and they told me to text it to them as well. A couple days have passed and have yet to hear anything back.'

'The property was run down and needs updating. The master bed was on a bare box spring in a metal frame that stuck out and gouged my husband. The skiing access wasn’t as convenient as advertised. At checkout we were instructed to take all of our garbage to the end of the street to put in bins that were nowhere to be found, so we had to take it with us.'
