Perrin, the happy hour hostess, was so kind and friendly. She made everyone well so wecome. Love the Marshall house. Will be back.'

'I am giving our stay 5 stars. The check in & out was fast and staff are great. I do have 1 thing that did make stay less comfortable and that is the bed. The mattress in room 210 was not very comfortable and as and old lady it bothered my back. The bathroom does not latch closed & lock on it was useless. It did not matter to us as a couple. 'This B&B is very beautiful. We stayed in the Live Oak room on the second flooor and it was lovely, with a large furnished balcony . Bed very comfortable. 'The apartment was so nice and modern and clean. Had everything you would need nice size refrigerator. Only problem was the thermostat kept changing because it was preset. So I had to keep resetting it down. I finally got into the setting and set them all to what I wanted and that seemed to work'
