'Property was safe and secure. Surrounded by nearby hotels and restaurants. Breakfast was great the last day which was the only day my family and I was able to get any. Even though I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities, my family loved the gym and outside fire pit and games along with the tv. '

'We had a reservation for April 1 at the Comfrot Inn Ft. Jackson. I am a long time member of Choice Privilege and love this brand. Not this night. After a 12 hour travel day we just wanted to check in. Walking into the hotel it looked like it was closed for renovation. Forklift IN THE LOBBY and plastic covering all the furniture. NO EMPLOYEE anywhere. We rang the bell, walked the halls of the hotel looking for someone and waited for a half hour. During this time 4 other parties joined us waiting....

'The room had a cigarette smell even though it was a non-smoking room. However, Steve was excellent—he addressed the issue right away by deodorizing and disinfecting the room. He was great at all times and provided outstanding service.'

'This place was infested with roaches, dirt, and homeless people. The place was a dump. Do not stay here it does not look like the pictures shown. I do not think the floors have been cleand since the place was built. No hot water and not ADA access to the rooms..'

'This property must be in the process of renovation. I’ve stayed at other Microtel hotels while traveling and this property was not on brand at all! More like motel vibes. The HVAC system would not stay on the whole unit would turn off whenever it chose to do so. Room was missing fire alarm. The price I paid and what we got was not worth it. This is just one opinion.'

'The driveway had horrific pot holes, not sire they have control but they are bad. Parking lot was fine. The train is very close and woke me every night. There is black mold on the window seals. The carpet in the hallways were wet and sticky. I had to remove my shoes on entering my room. I just felt like everything needed a deep clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. '
