(This is not a critique of the property; it is in a nice location - just an FYI. It could be walkable to the shops and restaurants; however, there is no sidewalk and would be tricky especially with young children or a pet (or even if just more than 1-2 people).)'

'We had a wonderful time hiking and photographing nature in Brown County State Park and the house was very close to the park and to Nashville. We enjoying shopping the shops as well. Only downside was no fenced in yard for our pet. Otherwise all was good.'
