They cut corners at every opportunity, water pressure and temperature is lame, TV channels don't even include local ABC, CBS, NBC affiliates, place is unclean, food served in breakfast room old and moldy. Housekeeping somewhat non-existent, they don't even make the bed up. I took photos but there doesn't seem to be any place they can be posted.

The property was very clean and updated. It was alittle loud at night being so close to the airport but not horrible. I was surprised there wasn’t two elevators and it seemed short staffed but otherwise really great stay. Comfortable and clean and the workers there were friendly.

Barely OK. Stayed one night before catching an early flight. A few minor things were broken in the room and common areas weren’t super clean. The room was clean and the bed was fine. The room above me was making racket for a couple hours, so I asked to move rooms. The staff was pleasant and moved my room. Huge improvement

It's a very clean & large room for just a nights stay, appreciate the cleaning care process of the room & hallway _& stairwells smelled like weed incredibly strong & were dirty in appearance with stains..etc..but it was one of the most quiet & private stays I've ever had anywhere & plan on returning!

The hot water in The shower was not hot enough.. It was lukewarm at the most. The sink water was good....it’s only the shower that was not hot.

Pool was always busy and crowded we tried several times through out the day, and any where you went in the hotel smelled like weed. Same breakfast for 2 days, both days we stayed they ran out of food or low on items and had wait until they restocked which took a while.

The walls are super thin. I had to call for security, because the people upstairs from us played music all night, argued her and there, till 5 AM with the infant crying in the background. They did nothing about it so unfortunately, I had to stay up and endure the noise of the arguing, the music and the baby crying 😡 until they were ready to fall asleep!

Good and felt safe there. Didn’t look like they did an amazing job cleaning but it was just on the floor that you noticed some outside stuff like dirt and leaves. Beds and everything else was clean though

Carpets are dirty with trash under the beds. Baby bottle fell and rolled under the bed. Front desk workers are very nice though.

Reasonably priced hotel near the airport, with free parking and right off the highway with quick access to Bexley and downtown Columbus. Had a few minor issues, missing shower curtain and a slow emptying sink, which staff dealt with right away. Would definitely stay again my next trip to Columbus.

Under the bed was dirty. My grandson had something he was playing with roll under the bed and it was very dirty. There were old tags someone had torn off something they bought, a card from a game, and something that looked like New Years decorations. There was a hair in the fridge. It looked nice and the sheets were clean. It felt safe. The pool was cloudy. Breakfast was fair also. Overall 3

This place is close to the airport and highway access and looks clean and tidy if only looking at the outside and lobby, the stairwells and hallways had stained carpet and the whole place smelled of mariguana, but the signs said it was a non smoking facility. The room appeared clean, but the clock did not work, light entered the room from the window, entrance door, and air conditioner. I asked for a wake up call, as I needed to go to an appointment the next morning, the call never came. This room was a moderately high price with economy conditions at best. Prices are high in this area currently, but I would suggest, from my experience, it is best to avoid this place.

A nice, convenient place to stay.
Other than airplane noise it was a nice place. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was a little better than typical hotel buffets. The location was perfect for the lacrosse tournament and the price was right.

The hall ways were dirty such as carpets and walls , the hall ways smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. Hotel outdated , room was dirty , carpet stained , and walls were dirty.
