'It was an ehhh kind of stay. Room had food on the floor and the refrigerator did not keep anything cold which is not a huge problem…we adapted. But the pool was freezing and the hot tub was non existent…and I paid extra for a room with a balcony only to have it facing the parking lot with the roof to the entrance blocking my view to the other side of the parking lot.'
