'They moved my reservation at the last minute to a different hotel. When I called to ask why, they informed me that the room I reserved and paid for , has a sink fallen through the floor and it is not safe. When I asked how many such rooms are all having the same problem? Or if it is just one room has this problem, why they decided to move me? The answer I got was because I am staying only one night. This reveals a lot of problem about this hotel.'

'Property is really really really weedy. It’s advertised as a beautiful oasis but it is a run down property. We were very nervous when we pulled into the parking lot but I will say the room was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was fine but the floor was filthy.'

'This is an Okay place to stay--the staff is friendly and eager to help. But the place is pretty old, and not soundproof at all. Even though it's a non-smoking place, there are cigarette butts and cans littered on the grass.'

'The rooms were nice, we stayed in 1116 and we didn't see any staff our whole stay! Pet friendly with an area to take them potty. Didn't see a dumpster for trash but there are trash cans on the walks. Close to college Mall!!! Well definitely be staying again in the future!!'
