'We had our flights cancelled and just needed somewhere close to stay, we booked this hotel because of the reviews but I didn't find it that good, the rooms were dark and had no windows, the glass doors were on the ground floor and people walking in the lobby could see in so had to leave curtains closed. The photos showed a swimming pool but they don't have one and the TV in the room is not a smart TV so we couldn't watch Netflix. The bed was amazing and the service was excellent as well. They...

'The owner spoke very poor barely understandable. English. The morning I was to leave I found a multi legged bug in th bathtub. I also found a woman's long dark brown hair on the toilet. I video the bathroom then walked to the tub and videotaped the bug.
After filming I then walked to the front office told him that the motel had bugs. He walked to my hotel room and saw the good size bug. I demanded my money back telling him I would call the Indiana Department of Health.

'Staff at reception was unprofessional and very unfriendly. Booked a king bed room for many reasons but when we went to our assigned room, it was 2 queens, no sofa. Went back to reception and she said "Expedia changed your room" which turned out to be a fabrication when confronted by an Expedia agent; receptionist changed it to "we gave them an available room rather than turn them out". She said there was nothing she could do other than talk to her manager. I requested a call from same manager...

'After having to leave our vrbo downtown because it was aweful most hotels were booked full. We found this one and when we got there shared our story with the front desk and head of housekeeping. They were so kind and all about making sure our new “home” for the next 3 days was up to par. They were so awesome and our stay was great!'

'Our room felt like it had been cleaned weeks prior and not freshened up before our arrival. 'Really. disappointed with this hotel. Overall. false advertisement. It says close to airport- it's not! It's 20-25 min away. The website states there is 24/7 airport shuttle- there isn't! I purposely selected this hotel due to the shuttle option because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were landing at 1am. Apparently, the shuttle doesn't run from 1-3am, but that isn't what is stated. Had to get an Uber, which was an extra cost. The hotel rooms smelled like old dingy cigarettes....
