Bedspread had multiple cigarette burn marks on it. Mirror on bathroom door broken & missing brackets. Bathroom faucet shoots water out the sides.Cold cereal and 2 or 3 single items only at breakfast. Bed made loud thump noise anytime you sat/laid down.

Our room was dirty. Dirty bedding, hair in the sink, in the shower. Crumbs and dirt all over the floor. The room smelled musty almost like mildew/mold. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The desk staff was not friendly during check-in.

Will not let you sleep
This location will not let you sleep. Staff tried to get us to check out early at 8 am to clean after getting in at 3am. Staff vacuumed outside our room and was banging on the door, having loud conversations thereafter, even with the tag on the door. They did not offer any sufficient resolution. Had to finish the rest of our 8 hr drive on 3 hrs of sleep. Do not stay here if you need rest.

Decent place but upon arrival the mini fridge was missing. The floors were not swept. There were clothing price tags and a food wrapper on the floor. That told me they really didn't pay much attention to detail when cleaning. But it's a Red Roof, you can't expect much. I only stayed there for the nearby casino.

The property was dirty and had roaches. We left after they showed us another dirty room. At checkout they said I would get refund. I will check my credit card to make sure, if not I will inform my card company and will dispute it.

The floor was dirty and sticky. I saw hair in the bathroom. The continental breakfast, don't have toast, barely food in it. The service was owful. I was waiting for 20 minutes for the check out, I left my dog in the bedroom. The maintenance lady open the door room and my dog scape. Then the Front Desk Woman starts arguing with me about what my dog wasn't in a leash. I explain to her that he was in the bedroom and she start saying that he has to be in a leash, she raised her voice at me and of course I raised mine as well. If my dog is in the bedroom and the door is closed, he don't need to be in a leash. It's ridiculous. It was the Maintenance lady fault, not mine. Plus she literally call me a liar when I told her about waiting for 20 minutes on the Front Desk. She said very rude... Impossible, more like 5 minutes. Outside was very dirty, cigarettes everywhere. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the metal frame in my back. I have to put the pillows everywhere, so I could sleep.
