The Space:

Spacious Comfort: With four spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite, and an additional half bath for guests, our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Each space is thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit. The garage is not available to guests at this time.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Merion Village! Full of lively entertainment and dining options and the country’s largest resident theater company. It is further enhanced by (23 acre) Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature trees, a lake, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs. Minutes from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport, 5 Minutes to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, within walking distance to Lots of 4 and 5 Star rated restaurants on Yelp!, a large grocery store. A warm, charming, historical, and walk-able neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
