'Arrived into town 2 hours before checkin. Did not expect our room to be ready but thought we'd just give it a try. Lady at the Front desk was very understanding and while our room was not quite ready, she upgraded us to the suite and gave us a call as soon as it was available, which ended up being before the advertised check in. Very accommodating and friendly, would recommend. '

This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened.
