'We WERE repeat customers until this past weekend. Do not waste your money on this place. Overcrowded, hazardous conditions and not enough staff or security to keep rogue customers in check. My daughter’s birthday was ruined as we had to cut our weekend short 7 hours in. She couldn’t even swim in the pool without being knocked over by other kids. At night there was screaming and yelling up the halls, outside and above our head was banging to the point where we could not even watch tv or fall...

'The food at the Piedmont Restaurant was not good. The menu was too sophisticated for the staff to execute.
The lodge rooms were updated, but not very clean.
There was a bridge in the gardens with rotted wooden slats and steps, and one section of the rail was missing altogether.
The staff was friendly and helpful.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Uitstekend hotel in mooie rustige omgeving aan een groot meer. We hadden er maar 1 overnachting. Op de medewerkster na die ons bij het ontbijt bediende (ochtendhumeur?) was het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden er graag nog een paar dagen gebleven'
