'The place is very clean and easy to find. Good parking and we found the unit to be as described. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go within 5-15 minutes. The price was good but it is best for a stay during warm weather. We were there during a cold week and had a hard time staying warm. The host was responsive and helpful. '

'The place was immaculate. They thought of every need- like having multiple USB ports, lots of hooks in the bathroom, bedrooms etc.. Having a washer and dryer was a huge blessing especially since we didn’t beach excursions to Amelia Island and then did a hike on Cumberland island.The kids loved the apartment! Having their own bed was nice to get some adult time as well. '

'We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!'

'The only issues I had was that the pull out couch had a dirty sheet littered with all kinds of stuff, pet hair, dog food etc. Also, the sheets in the bedroom were dirty and had sand on them. Also, this place set my allergies off so I had to pop Benadryl the entire time.'

'Very nice unit, was fully renovated but you could tell they have had some rough guest’s after the remodel. 1 counter top was cracked, the toaster had melted the cabinet laminate covering and the a/c was very loud. The fridge was also touchy, it randomly beaped. Also there was a container of Nutella with a butter knife on top of it in the bunk bed bedroom closet. Overall a good stay. '
