'I was put in a villa that was old and in need of an update. Bed was terrible'

'Mooie lokatie maar geen verdere service en eetgelegenheid in de buurt. Conventie center wat tijdens ons verblijf erg leeg was.'

'Top verblijf, lekker rustig. Hotelkamer was nieuw met fantastisch uitzicht op de moerassen. Het eiland zelf heeft een heel ontspannen sfeer, wij waren 1 nacht op doorreis maar 2 nachten is geen overbodige luxe. '

'The property is beautiful and conveniently located close to The beach with easy access. We rented bikes from the hotel and the island bike trail Is right off the property . We spent alot of the time at the pool and there were ample chairs and umbrellas and the foliage around the pool takes the experience to a higher level Chairs are located outside the rooms and we sat outside with coffee in the morning and there was never sun beating down on us'

'The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.'

'This was our second stay and won’t be our last. Welcoming staff, beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub; and my favorites, waffles and all day coffee!!! Brought the dog this time, he loved it too. Pet friendly but you’d never know there was a dog there before you. Very clean. Every member of the staff spoke to or greeted us every time we saw them. Very professional. We’ll be back again, hopefully soon.'

'I had mention to one of the staff we were at the hotel to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and the HR Manger sent up a cheese tray a bottle of wine and a ballon! Over and above to make our stay wonderful!'
