The property was quiet. However, it was not well-appointed—it lacked utensils (just five spoons) dishes (no glass bowls, a few worn plastic ones), no pot holders, no baking sheet.The tub was cracked, the shower faucet was broken (we had to call to have this fixed as there were five of us using one shower).
