'Laughable $10 parking charge for “security”. They claim it’s a gated parking lot and they charge you $10 for secure parking. Stand outside the front door and look left. Anyone can enter their parking lot thru the gas station parking lot next door 😂 It’s not a secure lot. It’s a parking lot scam. '

Booked 3 rooms could only check in 1 at 4 was told could check in the others after concert went to check in they said the others had a “maintenance” issue when they were booked full so we had 1 room for 5 people at 1230 am when all hotels were booked solid they had no cots and had no solutions for us. We had a child with us and had already had to wait outside 20 mins for the staff to return and then did not have our additional rooms. The drive home would’ve been 3.5...

'Air conditioner was broken in the first two rooms I tried. The building is really run-down. Stains on all the walls, elevator button plates falling off the wall, shower curtain missing connections, caulking around the tub was split. It just seemed like a dirty location. I won’t stay there again.'
