'Our suite offered plenty of room making things feel more like an apartment than just a hotel room. We rented a queen suite which offered a separate bedroom, small living room, full kitchen, including an oven, and bathroom. Upon arrival, the air conditioner in the living room area was not working properly. We called the front desk where Kiya, the attendant at the front desk immediately requested a repairman, Juan, who showed up promptly, took the entire air conditioner apart and quickly repaired...
