'It was a good stay. the food at breakfast was great! We had to stay overnight due to a wait on a few things so we stayed here and I will continue to book with them. The Crowne is always my go to place to stay when in Columbus mainly because of the food. I traveled with my mom and one year old and we were able to get a crib. Only downside to the crib is there were two mattresses and she was able to climb out onto the beds so we took the one mattress out and we had no other issues from then on. '

'The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable! It's time to replace the mattress. When you can feel the springs ittime for a new one and put mattress pads on top is not cutting it my back killed every night...all 3 nights!!!😔'

'The property appears a little older. The king size bed was comfortable. The toilet took a while to flush but I didn’t complain to the front desk since I wasn’t there long. Everything was clean overall. If you won’t be in the hotel long only to change clothes and sleep then it’s perfect. '
