'I've stayed at this property before because it's quiet, clean and has a good breakfast. I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for.'
