They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.'

'We had a great stay at Jungle House Designer Residences. The house was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with three levels that gave us plenty of room. 'Our room was very clean and comfortable. Tracy was a wonderful friendly host, remembered our names and greeted us each time. Her breakfast was delicious and the dining/home is decorated very nicely! It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Very convenient setting for a night out. We highly recommend checking the Lincoln Short out, it won’t disappoint!'

'The property was very clean and tidy! The parking area was quite convenient and nice that it was included. The best perk of the property was how close it was to ALL of the things we were after on this trip. The North Market, Kemba Live, and High St. were all within walking distance...Very nice!'

'I stayed here for a short night after attending a sports event. Incredibly disappointed to be honest. I would like to first say the staff was excellent and responsive to my needs and assisting with the issues. Staff was great again.
The walls here are paper freaking thin. I mean every single word that comes out of your “neighbors” mouth is heard. The pool area is disgusting it REEKS like cigarettes. Towels at this location are super old and raggedy.
