'I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast looked delicious and the coffee was great. The tv was a challenge & a guide to how to select channels would help. Not typical for sure!
I will definitely stay here again.'

'The Hampton Inns usually get a better rating from me. This time the elevator was not working, so getting luggage to and from my second floor room was unpleasant. A desk clerk helped get luggage up the stairs during check-in, but was not available during an early morning checkout. My other gripe is the very low toilet heights, making it difficult for weak/elderly customers to get up. Finally, the TV controller had only a few basic functions, limiting use of streaming services and searching other...

'the tile in the elevator were all broken and the elevator was dirty. The hallway to my room looked like it had not been vacuumed for awhile. The room I was in was clean but the bathroom was not clean and the clauking around the tub and counter tops was old and coming apart. When I flushed the toilet water seep our from underneath the toilet. The floor in the bathroom had water on it because of the toilet.
I do not like to complain but I could not this time. Also, this is minor but the guide...

'We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning.
We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.'

'First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

'The Jungle Room was super cute and comfy! We even had a little patio to have a glass of wine! We had excellent communication from management and had no issues. It’s in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars. We were in town for a hockey game and it’s just a quick walk.'
