'The staff were all amazing. From the check in desk staff to the people in the breakfast area, they were all professional and kind. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping. The only reason I didnt give a perfect score is my room needed to be a little cleaner. The bed was super comfy, room had a small frig, and a coffee maker if you need. The bathroom should have had more attention and certain areas wiped down more throughly but I always carry my own sanitizing wipes. All in...

'This hotel was nice and the beds were comfy. Rooms were clean but if you have a room facing interstate 71 it can be a bit noisy. The room phone didn’t work to call down to the front desk so I had to call using my cellphone to ask for extra blankets and pillows. Once I got a hold of someone they did say they have them at the front desk but I’d have to come get them myself. 'The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. Room was clean and very spacious. Check in was easy and staff was kind.'
