'The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. 'Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. 'The photo posted before we booked was a complete different room, the bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days…the water pressure barley was working and smelled like rotten sewer, was a bunch of napkins in a ball that looked wet in the window, the dresser had random belongings and clothing in them, no towels no tv like listed and the washer and dryer that was listen was apparently “in maintenance” '

'Amber was great … because she responded to questions almost immediately and we felt cared for. The house was awesome … because it was clean, organized and the attention to detail was obvious. The breakfast snacks, English muffins, bagels and cream cheese were thoughtful. Overall, the house definitely added to our memorable weekend.'
