'The room was decent. They did not offer continental breakfast like Expedia advertised but the hotel emailed me about that. They need more lighting in the parking lot for safety purposes. Staff was nice. Parking lot could be cleaner but we understand they seemed short staffed. The room was decent for the price we paid.'

'I was supposed to be a late check-in around 3am which was pre-arranged ahead of time. When I got there, no one was there to let me in. There was a special after hours phone number posted on the door, however, after calling it 3 times and leaving several text messages, still no one answered. I had driven 13hrs straight to get to this place. I called customer care and the woman told me she only handles reservations and hung up on me. I called the number back and tried the other phone tree...

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt.
Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden.
Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine!
Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'The hotel is newly renovated. Beautiful rooms and everything is so clean. Very quiet for sleeping. And beds were super comfy. Staff was super friendly and check in and check out was so easy. The room has a kitchenette which came in handy. Rooms are so spacious.'

'T bedsheets were marked with a stain, there was hair on the bathroom floor and breakfast was to be open at 6:30 AM, but the staff members didn't show up on time and all of the hotel guests waited until 7:30 outside of the buffet doors.
Disregarding the buffet troubles, I would still not recommend due to the room being dirty.'
