'Our room was very nice and clean. The tub drain did not tighten completely and had a slow leak. The toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush completely but neither issues were of a major concern. The base of the shower handle was loose from the wall, but didnt impede the process of taking a shower. The complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner was very refreshing and smelled great. The free all day coffee was great to have. The only negative thing about the hotel was the smoking...

'Lockport Inn and Suites is a great place. We’ve stopped here several times during bike rides on the Erie Canal trail and are always welcomed by the friendly staff with a clean room, great AC, comfortable bed, and excellent shower. They even have a locked shed for your bike, and tools and stuff to clean it!'

'Clean room, large shower-room, excellent breakfast both mornings and very helpful staff. Perfect location for our stay, easy to get on the NY State thruway (route 90) to get to downtown Buffalo and further east towards Genesee County. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked very modern and well maintained.'

'The staff was wonderful ! Jamal the front desk clerk was so nice to all our family. He really made us feel welcome. The rest of the staff was very kind as well. The beds were very comfortable and so were the linens. The bathroom was nice and clean. Plenty of parking. The surrounding were quiet as well. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great bonus. '

'Comfortable room. Overall was clean. The breakfast was very basic hotel and fealt lacking, but still appreciated.The pool was small. The gym was pretty good. Good area in the back for dogs. Spent a few days and the area did feel safe enough while walking the dog around. Good food close by and lots of fun things to do. Overall experience was a 5 stars even if the hotel wasn't perfect. This hotel was still an enjoyable and comcortable place to come home to for our stay.'

"Het is een prettig hotel dat ongeveer een kwartier van de Niagara Falls rijden ligt. Hotel ligt rustig gelegen aan het water. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en ook ruime badkamer. Parkeren is gratis en beperkt, maar er is een groot parkeerplaats t/o het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er (Amerikaans) ontbijt geserveerd. Van de faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hotel is super fijn voor bezoek aan de Niagara Falls. "
