'Properly had a great location, but it was very dirty. On the website it had continental breakfast. There was no breakfast just coffee and some fruit. Their coffee machine and area where you get. The coffee was absolutely disgusting, it does not seem like they clean or wipe down anything but carpets are also disgusting. I have to say that the staff was very good.. The rooms were clean, but the hallway carpets need a new makeover and so do the walls.'

'The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off'

'No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again.'

'Absolutely outstanding staff! They could not have been better! Scott, the manager and other fill-managers (?) were extremely accommodating. We were a group of 15 or more in town for a funeral. The breakfast/lunch/bar staff were just the best!! Will definitely be staying there again!'
