'We arrived after a long day of driving to our reserved room. The minute I opened the door to the suite it reeked of mildew. The wall in the bathroom was wet to the touch. I am allergic to mold, so I immediately requested another room. The hotel was full and I had to quickly figure out accommodations for myself and my children. The staff refused to help me to find another hotel nearby.'

'Very quiet there is some construction going on. But the room was very clean beds were soft. I didn't like that the handicapped shower wasn't an adjustable shower. And I didn't get a wheelchair accessible shower where we can get into shower with the wheel chair to make it easier for a disabled person to enter the shower with out lifting their feet preventing a fall.'

'When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

'It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.'

'It has gone downhill. It smelled of mildew. The pop machine was broken. We were sent up to our room 4 times with our keys never working. There was a beeping alarm going off all night. It was just very nasty.'

'Room was clean but carpet is old and kind of icky feeling in bare feet, and room overall felt damp/humid. There is a setup for breakfast but nothing was ever out. Pool is not in service. Has potential to be a nice place, atrium is beautiful.'

'The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air.'
