"En términos generales, estamos satisfechos con el hotel, como en ocasiones anteriores. Siempre hemos elegido este alojamiento por su ubicación práctica y, hasta ahora, la atención recibida había sido excelente. Sin embargo, en esta última estancia, lamentablemente tuvimos una experiencia muy negativa con la atención al cliente por parte de la recepcionista que nos atendió. Desde nuestra llegada, no , recibimos una bienvenida adecuada y su actitud fue totalmente apática, como si no tuviera ningún interés en atendernos. Nos pareció una falta de cortesía y profesionalismo, lo cual no corresponde con el estándar de servicio al que estábamos acostumbrados en este establecimiento. Esperamos sinceramente que esta situación no se repita en futuras visitas."

"Net hotel, splinternieuw, prima ontbijt en personeel is behulpzaam. Free shuttlebus van en naar airport is erg handig. In omgeving is niets te doen. Wij liepen 19 minuten naar treinstation en 4 haltes verder sta je in het centrum. Schijnt ook een bus naar het station te gaan. Taxi naar Stadion Wanda Metropolitano is een kleine 20 euro. Jammer dat het zwembad nog niet open was. Dat was de enige teleurstelling. "

"A pleasant stay at this hotel. Nice and quiet rooms with good facilities. Breakfast is great! Metrostation is 10 min walk. When there was no electricity in Spain on 28 april and we arrived in the hotel after a long walk the staff was very nice and we were able to eat and drink! "

"It was a very plain hotel , the staff were so unbothered and didn’t even greet of explain to us anything we just got the card for check in. Very weird feeling in the room , the tables were so small you can’t even place your phone and other stuff. Very dark aswell. I prefer any other hotels 10 times more."
