'Receptie personeel totaal niet geïnteresseerd en ontzettend (klant)onvriendelijk. Daarnaast wijzen ze je zonder problemen de slechtste kamer toe, direct boven de ingang met een airco waarvan ze weten dat hij niet werkt. Kamer was aan de zonkant en zo warm als een sauna. Als je vraagt om een andere kamer, willen ze dat niet doen. Hun antwoord: vandaag warm, morgen opnieuw kijken. Als je dat niet accepteert, is er alleen een kamer met bijbetaling. Als je dat niet accepteert, is het hotel...

'Everything was bad about this place. Check in was a disaster, we couldn’t fine the place and once we did we couldn’t get our keys because the manager wouldn’t answer our calls and we were stranded. We eventually got into the room after knocking on the other doors that had music blaring to thankfully find that one of them with the music blaring was helping the property manager, but still wouldn’t let us in. I could go on and on about this place. Also, can’t leave out how noisy it was. '

'The only positive thing was the position. The bathroon did'nt have bidet and any shelf to put things on. No towel for shower. Hard to find the location because there was not sign outside and didn't give us thename of the street. The info with the code arrived at 3 o'clock. No forks, no glasses, no plates. Only a microwave an a fridge. '

'It said breakfast free. Wel, breakfast was a bucket with an "factory" bread, to be toasted and some small cups with butter and marmelade. Not, what I expect from a breakfast. The buyiding, the room etc, are "dated". It was said to be a "studio", but was small. Only a small table could be set up for breakfast, but it ocupied all free space. People were nice. Wifi was weak.'
