'The location of this place is awesome. Very central to everything. You will feel like you live in Sevilla when you walk out the door. And the balconies are amazing looking right at La Geralda. The first balcony also has an awning that helps keep the fourth floor cooler and makes it better for sitting out. The air conditioning was great since we were there during a heat wave, and it was nice to each have a room with a bathroom. The management company was very responsive, even locating a shower...

'The property is in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed the views and all the restaurants, cafes and city attractions that were very walkable. For those seeking a quiet stay, unfortunately the riverfront was a bit noisy throughout the weekend - however the Spain soccer final was held in the city and the celebrations were quite lively! It was clean and comfortable, we could have used more towels for the bathrooms. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.'

'This apartment house is amazing. It is furnished with relaxed, mediterranean decor and is very well equipped with everything you need and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and the outdoor spaces are really nice, but was a little too hot when we were there to use as we wanted. The host was very responsive to all of our needs.
