Villa's in Comarca del Condado

'The house is just as pictured. Excellent location. It can be challenging unloading bags from a car due to the street being so narrow but we managed. Francisco was easy to deal with and responsive. The house is great for a big group or family. We walked everywhere from the house and even attended mass at the church inside the convent where the house is. A very cool place and experience. '

'The location was central to everything in Seville ... it is closes to the Cathedral and you will know when you hear the bells ring at 9 AM!'

'Heel mooi huis met echt alles erop en eraan restaurants en bars binnen loopafstand 1 puntje van aandacht is dat alle ramen voorzien zijn van tralies zodat niemand erin kan maar dan kan dus ook niemand eruit zorg dus dat de deur in de slaapkamer ook open kan '

'La casa está muy bien , muy espaciosa, la bbq, y la piscina genial, aunque la ducha no funcionaba pero teníamos manguera . Por poner un pero se echa en falta más espacio de almacenamiento en la cocina , hay demasiados enseres de los propietarios .Pero en general la casa está muy bien sobre todo la zona de jardín que es donde más tiempo hemos pasado.'

'Mala experiencia tanto con la casa como la casera. el anuncio faltaba a la verdad en numerosos aspectos:1.Fosa séptica no descrita en el anuncio que habría hecho que yo directamente no alquilara esta casa. Es una omisión intolerable. 2 La habitación de 4 camas no es tal: que para poder usarlas tiene que montarlas y desmontarlas cada noche y cada mañana y hacer un “tetris”. 3.- Habitación litera mas cuna. Imposible el espacio. cabe la litera y gracias. 4. No hay wifi. el anuncio dice que si pero...

'We had a perfect stay in this beautiful house. Everything was at our convenience. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated. The owners are very friendly and hospitable people. The garden, with outdoor barbecue and fridge, and terraces are very inviting. There are only 2 things that might be improved: the waterpressure in the showers is very low when showers in two or more bathrooms are used at the same time, and after a day without sunshine the showers...

'Mooie ruime villa met veel voorzieningen. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Op kwartier rijden van centrum. Metro en winkels vlakbij.'
