'現地にスタッフはいません。それ自体は特に気にしないのですが、何かトラブルがあったときにWhatsApp経由で対応しなければいけないのが面倒だったこととチェックアウトした後に荷物を預ける設備がこの建物にはないので、系列のホテルに約15分ほどかけて、荷物を持っていかなければ、荷物を預けることができないと言うところは欠点ではないかと思いました。‎WhatsApp Kの連絡自体はとてもスムーズで的確な対応してくれるので、そこに不安はありませんが、一般的なホテルと比べるとフロント機能がない不便はあります。'

'Beautiful property and surrounding scenery. Attentive friendly hosts. Well kept and clean. Bedrooms are on 2nd floor no elevator. Spacious bathrooms. Cabin type feel a bit chilly even w heaters in Dec. Streets leading to property are very narrow so having a smaller car is better and follow signage for easiest route . Overall beautiful rental beautiful views and amazing stay.'

'The hotel is great but it has some significant limitations: Without a car is impossible to move around, the distance to Vigo is almost 1 hour using a highway with tolls, the Internet service and WiFi is weak and limited.'
