'The hotel it’s self was not to bad fairly clean and very friendly check in. HOWEVER some of the people living there are VERY inconsiderate! Outside talking loudly all night as a matter of fact when I checked out at 5:00 am they were still outside having a good time. The staff is always welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully kept, and the historic charm of the building makes every stay feel special. The location can’t be beat, we were able to walk right to Winterfest and enjoy the holiday lights, ice rink, and all the festivities with ease. Highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown El Paso.
