In the heart of Como, inside a stately and well-kept building, we offer an elegant modern apartment, ideal for families looking for comfort and style. The property is distinguished by fine finishes, bright environments and a distribution of spaces designed to ensure maximum livability. The living area is cozy and bright, perfect for moments of relaxation or conviviality, the bedrooms are quiet, ideal for family rest.

Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.

The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.

The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.
