'The house and location is great. I felt comfortable and secure and liked the beach access. On the negative side, there’s cameras everywhere and I find it inappropriate that the pool has a couple of them. The guards at the beach club are a bit rude and condescending. I don’t appreciate that when I’m being kind to them, talking their language, and paying for their good service. Although the area is safe, I would appreciate it if we could lock the doors when we left to go out. '

'This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager). 'This house needs major updates and some care. Bedding was dingy and awful looking. We hated the house so much, we left the same night we got in and got into a local hotel. I could not see my self even sitting on the beds let alone laying my head down on it. We ended up booking sometimes and never went back.
