'Great location and property.'

'Beautiful property. If you’re looking to unplug this is the place to do it. We brought our two dogs and I think they had a better vacay than we did. The kitchen was well stocked though there were a few appliances that didn’t work so we had to make do. The owners were very attentive and accommodating.'

'We had a wonderful time together on our annual family vacation, this home was the perfect size and layout for all of us including adults, teens, children, and infants. The kitchen met and exceeded all of our needs, the patios and the grill were perfect to enjoy the weather, the house holds plenty of conversational areas, the loft and game room provided lots of entertainment, overall a very happy experience for our family. 'We had an amazing time. The house was exactly what we needed. The amount of large size beds (for couples) is hard to come across and this had plenty. We loved the kids zone. Was perfect to have them on one side of the home. It was beautiful and updated. I would definitely stay here again. The host Stacey was amazing and came through when needed. Communication was on point. There were a few spots(like a drink spilled) on the floor that were missed (or if they mopped ahead of time) but over all...

The location was amazing, and there were so many gathering spaces that we never felt cramped (there was 13 of us) and the game room was spectacular!!! The house provided something for everyone and we can't wait to come back!!!'

'This place is better than the pictures. There was a lot of space and the off set garage with play area was perfect for the family. We have 6 boys and this was so nice. Also they all slept in the upstairs kid room with the bunk beds. Great location right by Eddys corner store which is adorable.'

'This property did not disappoint. For two families with four boys (ages 5-11) this setup was perfect. The upsairs, large bonus room has 4 beds, even though in the pictures it looks like 3. The house was spacious and had everything we needed to be very comfortable. All bedrooms had en-suites and the second bedroom with a king was upstairs too, which wasnt exactly clear in the description. All of it worked perfectly for our group. 'Rode our bike up to spend a few days and do some riding. The weather turned on us and we had to split. With snow and freezing temps we didn’t want to risk riding on iced roads. If we had a car this would have been a good place to be stuck for a few days. The arcade was fun, the bed was super comfy, cell service was good, had a fire pit if we wanted. Tv entertainment all around. The owner was very helpful. Will attempt this trip again soon when we know the weather is right.'

'My wife and I stayed here in mid-September. This was our sixth trip to the Pinetop-Lakeside area and our first in this cabin. When we made a last minute reservation after the cabin we normally rent got sold by the owner (3 weeks prior to our planned trip), rental selections were limited. We were a little concerned it might be noisy along Branding Iron Loop where this cabin is located but once we got there, road noise was not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a fully stocked...

'VERY nice property. One exception is protected birds (swallows and Geese). They can be very messy. The owner does everything he can to minimize the issue. We were very impressed with caring and considerate effort to make our stay enjoyable.'

'This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside.'
