'Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run...

There were cracked tiles, exposed wires, holes in the walls, torn and bleach-stained towels, and dingy bedding. There was also a very strong smoke smell of smoke and marijuana, and a missing smoke detector.
