'Front desk staff were unfriendly. Breakfast just ok. Fridge broken and leaked water over kitchen floor. Toilet barely flushed, and then plugged. The sitting area in the room is lovely but the ensuite bathroom is not a 5-star bathroom. It's dated and the towel hanger on the wall is coming loose. The ensuite closet is also dated. These things wouldn't be as bad if the hotel wasn't advertised as 5 star. The best quality is the maintenance fellow who came to fix the fridge and toilet is a lovely,...

'Very convenient to have the connection to the mall. We were able to get to several shops in the area by cutting thru the mall, which was nice as we could often avoid the outdoor heat and humidity. Room is clean and super-comfortable. Also we LOVE both the food and staff at the Redwater Grille. Very impressed all around.'

'Very nice B&B. Room with 1 queen and 2 singles was perfect for our family of 4. Only issue was that it was up a lot of stairs to get to our suite. Otherwise, perfect.'

'Worst room I’ve ever booked in my life, extremely dirty, advertised as “sleeps 3” but only one bed and a bench seat, very hot inside. Left as soon as we walked in and went else where,'

'We had a clogged washroom. The maintenance guy repaired it only to recur in half an hour. Since it was past 10pm, they provided adjacent room’s washroom instead of repairing at midnight. It was a good gesture, although a little inconvenient! And they are currently renovating the place.'

'The hotel is convenient to visit Charlottetown with the car, located in the commercial street outside downtown but not far. Room spatious, well equipped and quiet. The continental breakfast is included but like mos american hotel chains, self service with plastic-throw-away china which for us europeans is seen very primitive and improvised. The staff at the hotel were very helful and efficient as they organised shipment of the bag that we forgot in the hotel, many thanks for that extra service!'

'The place was great, very nice little cottage and nice staff. The only big issue was that the temperature settings in the rooms were locked to cooler temperature in the living space (requiring the use of blankets for eating and watching TV) and warm in the bedroom making it an uncomfortably warm temperature to sleep in. My partner tends to produce a lot of heat and even he found it too cold in the living space.'

'Not worth it, bad bed, dirty floor, very noisy direct at highway, only the Coffee in the morning was good'

'For one night in and out, it was fine. It had a stove a microwave a fridge. Pillows were as flat as pancakes.'

'Comfortable beds, alright breakfast would have enjoyed bacon or ham and waffles options. Missing the pool, shower tap opposite of tap labels for hot and cold, furniture a bit dated.'
